Sound
Sounds great! We use this wireless system at our church now and the sound quality is as good if not better than the wired microphones we have. Not a single pop and the mute is a nice feature. Our usage is easy 100ft+ since we have a 150ft snake going to the platform. I'm very impressed with the quality of this wireless system.
Ease of Use
Does not get any easier than this set. Plug in the receiver, set the channel frequency on the microphone and the receiver the same and thats all there is too it. If you want to be able to increase the gain so you don't have the hold the mic close to your mouth you simply flip the switch in the microphone battery compartment and your set.
Quality
Appears very well made.
Value
Certainly worth the price. We've used this several church services without changing the batteries so I'm thinking the ~8hr usage claim is fairly accurate.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to use so thats a 10.

"Sucks Batteries and does it tell you when it's time to change them."

Again, needs a visual way to see battery life. Flashing red light 30 seconds before it dies is not helpful. ALSO - VERY IMPORTANT - these things eat batteries! Average 1 battery per unit per Sunday.
Sound
Sound is fine with these. I replaced the over the head microphone with an over the ear - my own personal preference.
Features
IMPORTANT: This item DOES NOT have a visual guide to let you know how much juice is left in the battery. You get a flashing of the light about 30 seconds before the battery dies. Usually before church we look at all of our battery levels and replace as needed so they don't die during church - you cannot do this with these microphones.
Ease of Use
It works.
Quality
The handheld is decent but the other one, well I'm scared I'll break it some day.
