I love these and have been using them for years. All my P's and Jazz basses have them. I'm a session guy so I don't have time to screw around with pickups. These give clarity,definition and punch. They are clean with little noise. Keep in mind I have had every boutique pickup out there and for me there is nothing better.

These are an excellent choice for your Jazz bass single coil type bass. These pups are very articulate and aggressive at the same time. If they are installed correctly, they are hum cancelling.I have 4 of my basses with these quarter pounders in them. They are my first choice.Very high quality.

"NO HUM CANCELLATION"

The description says hum cancelling with both pickups wide open ,they don't do it. Even in a very well shielded bass the single coil hum is very present. You can't know that without installing them and once you open the box, you can't return them.
