Guitar was defective; chunks of rosewood were gouged out of the fretboard, frets are warping and irregular in geometry, nut fell off and won't sit in place because there is too much finish keeping it from being flush with the fretboard. Chose to keep it and make the repairs as best as I could because of zZounds bad reputation for handling returns of items on payment plans. Won't be buying from this company again. I bought a white Maj100X and it was fine, this one should have never left EBMM's quality control center, nor should zZounds have accepted it into their stock.
