"broken throne"

This was the second set I got for my grand kids. the first set was ok my grandaughter loves them. the second set was for my other grandaughter. she was so happy to get them for her birthday. but when we got them all set up the throne was no good. the height adjustment thumb skrew was stripped out. and the legs we bent. she couldn't use them. I contacted the the manufacture and they said they had a year warranty and would take care of it. they said give them a day or two. its been 2 weeks no call no email. and they wont answer my calls. .
