Roland GK-C Cable Customer Review

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars

Sound of the GK system is great, the cable is good as any I guess. I'd replace it, but I'm not crazy about the pricetag Roland puts on it.
Sound
Only cable that works with the Roland GK pickups. Works pretty well far as I can tell.
Quality
Decent, a little sensitive though. GK manual recommends wrapping it around your strap so it doesn't get tugged and damaged. Makes a bit of noise if you tug at the input too much while plugged in.
Value
Seems a bit expensive to me for just a cable... but if you're using a GK and you don't have one, you need it.
Manufacturer Support
I own several Roland products, never needed Roland support.

Don't let the title or description fool you. This cable works with the GK-3 stuff too. I use it on a Roland GR-55 & a Boss GP-10 with no problems. I have GK-3 pickups on two guitars and they both work. Plus the cable is plenty long enough for stage and it winds up nicely when not in use.

works just fine , my GR-20 shot craps. wouldn't accept program changes from the GTR , no "just guitar" mode and just general goofy stuff , troubleshot the GR and couldn't find the problem ,took a shot at replacing the cable and WALA!! , got lucky !! works just fine ...
