This thing is amazing!!! Plenty of juice for any club/bar band. And I mean plenty!! Pushes my 4x12 Marshall nooooo problem. Hooked up line6 m9 for fx and blackstar green od and BAM!!! Tone for days!!! Sustain!!! Oh and NO tube noise. I turned off my tone-sapping noise gate. Quiet at volume. I'm getting another one asap!!! Awesome job Quilter!!!

I purchased the Microblock as a backup amp should my main rig go down in the middle of a show. I was surprised by how much I liked the tones in this little box, and the versatility of the Q knob. This amp is plenty loud enough at 8 ohms to hang with a band, and I wouldn't hesitate to throw this in at a small club/bar gig. Makes a good pedal platform as well, reacts admirably with drive pedals. Loud, versatile, portable, and sounds good; can do much, much worse for the money.I do not like the Quilter power source required for this amp, and wish they had found a way to use a more traditional cable. The knobs are plastic and have some loose throw/wiggle to them, and it feels like there's a chance you could accidentally break them off without too much effort. That said, I've now owned this amp for going on 6 months, have used it in a variety of settings (bars, practices, small clubs, church gigs, studio, as a piano power amp) and it's withstood the rigors thus far.

This is an awesome solution for for a light touring rig, practice sessions, and bedroom play. I have this hooked up to an EVH 5150 pedal through a Randall 4x12 and it sounds amazing. Sounds great clean as well and doesn’t even breakup way up into high volumes if you choose. It’s as small as my EVH phaser but packs a tone of tone! zZounds is awesome and your 2 day shipping is greatly appreciated.
