I recently purchased this mixer for use in an "Open Mic/Jam Session" night at our local Eagles Club. We used with an older Crown Power amp and some newly rebuilt dual 12" cabinets.I am very impressed with this mixer. having the AT, Compressors and Kosmos effects built in makes for a complete all in one setup. With a slight turn of a knob you can easily adjust the compression on a vocal channel bringing those weaker, shy vocalist right up in the mix and keep your power singers right where they need to be.I set the Autotune at the recommended setting for live performance. It didn't sound synthetic or robotic however when two people started singing harmonies it sure tightened them up. I was very impressed. The Kosmos is just like having a Sonic Maximizer already installed cut or boost highs and deep lows on the fly. It will really bring up those sub frequencies when you need them. The mic Pre's are great quality for the price. The trim is set set almost to unity on every channel, very easy to solo and dial right in. I'm amazed at how little I have to do to get a great sound. zZounds as always were right on time with their shipping. Good luck finding a better Mixer For The Price.

Looks great, good weight strong case! 1st one arrived, the Efx mute button is inop, the mute will not disengage so no fx's... The 1st 4 channels do not work at all, I can see signal but no sound comes out. So could not use for gig that night. Called zZounds, the got an RA the next day I shipped it in for a replacement... Fast forward to today. replacement arrives the week after it fails. So I unbox to check it over, no damage all looks good, remove from plastic bag and a small broken piece falls out. I can't find what it is or where its supposed to be. figure move ahead and test it... Plug it in, hit the power button and... NOTHING! It will not power on. I perform every Thurs, Fri & Sat plus some odd weekdays thrown in. So onto waiting for #3! (Side note: zZounds has been awesome in handling it and I buy a ton a gear every year from them and have never had one problem , but peavey on the other hand....)
