Guitar is BEAUTIFUL! It's my first PRS and all I can say is WOW. Friends of mine thought it was a private collection PRS by looking at the body. My only issue is the pickups, pickups are a bit high gain for my taste. but could be the strings it came with, so keep that in mind. Guitar comes with a gig bag and that is nice. Neck is nice a chunky, and I love that. The nut on my guitar is GREAT no issues with it catching the strings or anything. Made with love and passion that is for sure!I have a some spots on the F hole not sure what it is but I mean It isn't going to be perfect and can deal with it.

This is the guitar for you. I was a little leary about it, seeing as how it's a signature model but holy smokes is this thing great. I love how it sounds. I'm running it through an Orange Crush35rt withaa Boss Waza Craft Blues Driver and I absolutely love the sound. Move it over to my micro terror and a good pair of headphones and it sounds great there as well. Also, the neck is fantastic. Very playable, and I love that it's a little wider for my giant paws. I wasn't sure I was going to like this guitar as much as I do, but holy smokes it's fantastic. Zach and PRS really outdid themselves. This is definitely worth the price. I absolutely love the color as well.

I love this guitar, the only issue is the same issue most SE models have and that is the nut. I replaced it with a Tusq nut and it sounds amazing and stays in tune under hours of use.

I play blues, rock and classic rock. This guitar works very well for my needs. It sounds great and feels better than any other PRS SE i have ever felt thanks to the satin neck. the shape of the neck is very comfortable and the guitar itself is very light. ZM hit it out of the park with this guitar and the finish.

I have no idea who ZM is, I picked this guitar because I was looking for a semi-hollow single cut. Something lighter weight and not as bright as my LP's for some upcoming shows. The craftsmanship is as good as it gets. A quick tuning out of the box and it was set up perfect. I put a set of 10's on it and it was still set up perfect. There is nothing in the build or sound of this guitar that would suggest anything of lower cost. The satin neck feels like worn-in perfection. The sound is exactly what you'd expect from a semi-hollow body- round, warm with a tempered high end. If you're looking for really bright this ain't it. I play everything from blues to rock to country and this guitar can cover all those.I put this thing up against my collection of American made LP's and quality wise it's on par with those much higher priced guitars. It has it's own sound and it's just another tool with a purpose for the collection.

I'm usually a Fender player so I wanted something completely different. This has that fat, resonant tone I've been missing. It's your basic "Les Paul" type set-up. The neck, radius, and bending is pretty different if you're used to Fender like me. You get used to it though. Needed a little truss rod adjustment out of the box due to some slight fret buzz, but that's to be expected from the shipping process. The thing was practically in tune when I got it, which is amazing. Definitely changing the strings, though; I'm not sure what came on the guitar but they're a very different feel than my usual Ernie Balls. This is where the 4 1/2 stars come in. Yes, this guitar will probably last forever, and it's a stunner out of the box. However, upon closer inspection, whoever was supposed to clean up the excess glue didn't do a very good job. There's a hint of white glue all along the neck joint, and inside the F-hole you can see a random bead of dried glue sitting there for no reason. The green finish bleeds into the masked binding a little bit too. A little disappointment because I watched the YouTube video of Zach meeting the guys here in the US that are supposed to be checking the quality on these things. At the end of the day, though, for $799, you can't be too nitpicky, and the overall quality is amazing. I can't believe this guitar was only $799. Amazing value. I was blown away by the finish when I pulled it out of the gig bag. It really is as good as the pictures. I wanted an LP-style sound but didn't want to shell out the $$$ for a Gibson. I've had Epiphones before and didn't really want to go in that direction at the moment and I'm so happy I found this PRS SE Zach Meyers guitar. Although I should say, I'm not really much of a Shinedown fan, so I plan on replacing the "Zach Meyers" truss rod cover!
