I ordered the guitar from zzounds and the first one had a microphonic pickup. Zzounds was outstanding and sent a new one immediately.
Now to the guitar. It plays like butter. This is the first PRS I've owned after numerous gibsons, fenders, etc. I would compare the guitar favorably to a Gibson SG Standard. It's resonant, light and the neck feels great. Bridge pickup snarls and the neck pickup is nice and thick. The push pull lets you get a usable single coil tone. That's what my Tele is for.
Fit and finish are literally flawless. Can't even find anything to be picky about. Love it. Only complaint would be no hard case included. But I guess that's how they keep the price down. If you're thinking about getting one don't hesitate. Zzounds is the best.
