Ordered this unit as a backup for my Wedding set up. I did not expect much for $250. When I got the unit I was blown away by the build quality. It does not look cheap. It is not a $1200 pioneer but for the price it far exceeds what I was expecting. The unit sounds great and everything works flawlessly. It's missing some bells and whistles but I would have no problem using 2 of these as main units. I plan to buy another and use them along with my Denon MC6000mk2. I will have a 4 deck system that gives me piece of mind at every gig. If you are a beginner DJ do not let the Pioneer groupies steer you from getting these to start with. They will serve you quite well. Experienced DJs should consider these as low cost back ups fo any mobile set up. I have been a DJ for 30 years using vinyl, CDs, CDJs, and controllers. You will not regret this purchase.

Ive been a DJ for 25+yrs clubs,turntablest,Mixtapes,Rd Dj for artist and used a lot of cd turntables through out the years especially from Numark.I previously just replace my Numark Axis9's for then NDX500 and love them.the turntable joggles are on point release time good but stutter or slurr the design is nice compact runs good with serato and dint even have to use audio wires just usb and it works great with my Akai AMX perfect match.not even 2hrs it arrived it was in my case and debuted at the venue I had to spin that night.love them good price k use them every day.I looked at other brands and tried them as well they have a lot of good brands but hands down they out did them self with these.A must have.
