After a month of using Phase extensively for DJ gigs and home studio use I can confidently say that this product is worth every penny. The recent firmware update for calibration has resolved the 0.0% pitch bug described by the other reviewers here.There are so many benefits to using Phase: perfect DVS tracking, skipless performance, no more issues with sub vibration, no need to keep buying needles and control vinyl. The hardware itself is designed well and feels weighty and high-quality. USB and two RCA cables are included in the box, which is a nice touch. The MWM connect software is simple to use and allows you to do things like customize the LED colors, calibrate the remotes for 0.0% playback and set the timer for the remotes to sleep.I know Phase's rollout was marred by delays (and you'll find plenty of DJs online railing against the company as a result) but I honestly believe it was all in the interest in delivering a fantastic product. Phase was most definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I've had these for nearly one month. Latency is undetectable. Battery life is great. Very easy set up. Issues found is with calibration: Neither remote reads 0.0% when the turntables are lock at zero (remote A reads 0.4%, remote be reads 0.8%). Also had an issue where one of the remotes malfunctioned and would not pair with the base at all. I had to totally drain the remote's battery, then it paired. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in firmware upgrades.

So I’ve been playing with these remotes for a week. They’re great. Excellent response, quick charging, long battery, everything you could want. That being said, there is an issue. I powered my receiver up one day, and only 1 remote lights up. After some research (zZounds actually had the answer) I found 1 of my remotes stuck in “Sleep” mode. You have to take them off the receiver and just spin them in your decks until they run out of juice. Did this and the remote powered back on. How often will this happen? Hard to say. I love the product, hope they can fix this issue.

Very impressed with the accuracy and tightness of these. Was getting some cue drift one one side at first. I enabled the signal boost in the manager software and it has gone away for now. Other than that, these are solid. A more accurate, affordable option compared to the Rane 12’s. If you already have turntables, I would recommend these hands down.

I LOVE my Phase to the point of no longer using my needles. Nobody builds DJ booths anymore and needles skip as soon as dancing begins if the floors aren’t concrete. With Phase all related issues are solved. Plus it’s more seamless now with Serato.
