"Marshall's Best (So Far)"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Buy it. You won't be disappointed with this amp. It's a beast for only 15 watts.
Sound
I've had this amp for about 4 years since I got rid of my Wal-Mart amp and guitar and I now have an Ibanez GRG170DX guitar with it and this amp sounds great. Especially considering the fact that I ogt it for free in a guitar contest. Sweet amp!
Features
I'd like to see an affordable amp in the Marshall line that has features like Line 6 amps, such as Metal, Insane, and Solo effects that are built in. Other than that, this amp has great features and it doesn't have a bazillion knobs to mess with.
Ease of Use
Very easy to figure out. Catches buzz from cheap guitar pickups. (My friend's First Act buzzes real bad.)
Quality
We've taken this to every gig we've played at and it's been attacked by our guitarist (he broke his First Act on the bottom cabinet) and it's fallen off stage and it kept playing.
Value
No doubt this is the best Marshall amp for the cash. This is the amp that every guitarist should long for.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to mess with them. The best service is not having to use it.
The Wow Factor
Looks good. Very good.

"Micro Stacks Are Cool and Packs a Big Punch for it's Size"

I will keep this just because it's so cool and just buy a bigger and better Marshall head in the future. This is a keeper.
Sound
Great Tone control, Works Great with my Digitech RP2000 modeler Much louder than you can imagine 15 Watts. Speakers sound good but I think I'll upgrade them later.
Features
Great Bang for the Buck. The head works good on 1X12, 2X12, and on 4X12 Cabs. Line out feature and Headphone action is very nice. Reverb is good and it has that Marshall sound you need.
Quality
Looks Great in any room. Outside covering seems to be tough and strong.
Value
An excellent amp for the price and features
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt yet No service required to date. Amp keeps on Rockin'
The Wow Factor
This Amp looks Cool/great in any room. Goes along with any other gear you might own or sits a Tall 37" all by itself. Looks better sitting on top of another single or 2X12 Cabs

"A great product, and affordable."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

Sound
Ya'll who think the marshall micro stack needs to be more like line 6 are wrong. They make pedals for this people! Marshall is the best and always will be.
Features
Features, yah it's an amp, if you want more features you buy them. video game consoles don't come with games, amps don't come with pedals unless you have a line 6. Besides, pedal= more options.

"Sex appeal with a bad attitude."

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Looks too good to sell.
Sound
For best tone - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Amp sounds exceptionally good thru a small, open backed, 1-12" cab. Impedence MUST be at least 8 ohms.
Quality
Fit and finish is good. Some of the pots are (after 2 years of almost daily use) getting scratchy.
Value
Good value.
Manufacturer Support
Its a Marshall.
The Wow Factor

"Best bang for the buck, and then some!"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Anyone looking to buy this amp, quit procrastinating and buy it! Its worth it, trust me and all the other reviewers on here. (Not the ones that gave bad reviews because of the "gigable" factor.) Its got excellent looks and sound! You will be amazed just as I have.
Sound
First of all this amp blew me away the first time I heard it in the local music store and I knew I had to have it. Now that I own it, I've cranked the gain and bass, contour is all the way off and the treble half way up and it sounds amazing. I figured I'd try my Ibanez SM-7 smashbox with everything cranked on that as well and I got blown away again! The sound is awesome without a pedal and with this particular pedal the sound is KILLER!
Features
The features on this amp aren't the best. You get the typical high, mid, low, contour, and reverb...that's it. I didn't know beforehand but it does come with speaker cables. Had I known I wouldn't of bought extra's but since the ones I got are a lot thicker its worth it to pick up two 3 footers.
Quality
Its a Marshall, c'mon...
Value
This amp is definitely worth the price I paid. I don't think I'd want to pay more for it than I did but this is definitely worth the current price tag.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't dealt with them so far but I know people who have and its always positive.
The Wow Factor
This is a must for anyone who owns an electric guitar. People love the look of this amp.

"If you have 300$, it's the best for the begining rock band!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'll use this thing till it is totally destroyed, like burnt to a crisp, ran over with a tank, bombed, well after that it wouldn't work now would it :) .
Sound
First small concert I hadn't used it before. Comes the first not in the song and WHHHAAMMMM!!! Just blasted! It was so loud and clear I loved the **** out of it afterwards. One person said, "It was ****ing hella load of dist!!!" Well earned 10 here.
Features
Well never really used them but tried a couple that sounded great. I use effect pedals anyways. ('Cuz I have to change effects in-song)
Quality
This thing (if you don't bust up the knobs) should or (if your me) last you for the rest of your life!
Value
I had the volume around 5 and 5 1/2, AND IT JUST KEPT COMING. IT'Z INSANE!!
The Wow Factor
If I had room and another need, HELL I'D BUY 2 MORE. ONE FOR MY GUITAR ONE FOR VOCALS, AND... WELL... ANOTHER ONE FOR MY GUITAR!
