The Cajon is great ! It takes a little tweaking out of the box ! Some rattles, and vibrations are common at 1st. the trick is to keep the face plate screws very loose ! And the strings at a little tighter than medium. You'll figure it out as you go along ! But all and all, its awesome ! Great buy, jam sessions are on the regular because it has no setup time ! And people are blown away by the sound !

This cajon gets you nice tones after only a quick adjustment of the tone key inside. Upon receipt the snare sound seemed a bit lacking but the easy adjustment quickly had the cajon sounding exactly as I hoped it would. In a short few weeks I've found a mic that makes it sound perfect in my PA speakers and I'm loving it. zZounds came through again.... like always. And yes.... the Mahogany wood looks that good when it arrives.
