I got the turquoise sparkle on accident actually,I went to my local guitar shop in hopes of getting a squier VM 70's jazz, when I couldn't get a good deal on it I had a mahogany tmb 100 that I was going to get,I wasn't walking out of that shop without a bound neck and square inlays,on the way to checkout the shop guy was like "I think you being an experienced player would like this one more and he picked up the green b#$ch as I call it, I played it for 2 minutes I was sold, the body is actually poplar on the 310's so it is a tank ,weighs more than my 5 string, the fretboards are actually jatoba also, there's not an actual complaint about this axe,it sounds awesome and the tonal options just running straight to the amp are great,I'm a metal musician but playing this I feel compelled to play things like Weezer and Soundgarden.I love this bass,I think I might get the next model up from what I got which is the tmb 2000prestige I think
Sound
There's like 6/7 different tonal options right out the box its the cleanest sounding bass I've ever owned,my green bi%ch makes me a firm believer that there's no need to spend thousands on a bass
Features
I changed the bridge to a hi mass bridge as I do with everyone I get, that changed the sound considerably, gives it more sustain
Ease of Use
I can play my tmb all day and not even think twice about it
Quality
It is rather heavy, but that let's you know your holding something worthwhile, I changed the tension tree from the little one to a vintage 70's button style tension tree, the bridge was changed too, other than that its all good
Value
Well worth the money a million times over
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to
The Wow Factor
The green sparkley finish makes it eye catching in any room its in

I received this bass a couple weeks ago and I'm FLOORED by all the options/sounds. Not only that, but the finish is spectacular! Classic Precision tones, and Modern active tones are easily attainable with this bad boy. I'd highly recommend this instrument to anyone looking for a new bass with ability to play ANYTHING without spending a lot of money.

Musical Background:

I play whats needed. Been playing for over 20 years

Musical Style:

Bar band=crowd pleasing tunes!
