Easier to play than other 7 stringers I’ve had even with my baby hands....The guitar is beautiful and sleek...the paint changes color depending on the lightVery subtle though and really just fantasticThe frets are incredibly smooth and the adjustment from standard to multiscale for me was 30 seconds. The sound is gigantic and clear with each note clearly defined. The pickups are amazing quiet even when I have my amp pinned. The tone is rich and thick like a good milk shake.Fit and finish were perfect and couldn’t be happier with is guitar And don’t forget zZounds and their staff are fantastic!

"JUST WOW"

If you are in the market for another 7, or even for your first one look no further than this absolute unit. I've owned this guitar for about a year now before giving a review to actually spend some time with it to see if there were any cons, and honestly I can't think of any besides just waiting for it. I am a VERY sweaty player, the matte finish has not faded or "rubbed off yet" which is some issue I've had on other matte finish guitars. The fishmans are insanely clear for an active, the glow in the dark headstock Ibanez logo adds a nice touch, the paint is literally out of this world and changes depending on light. It is the most complimented guitar I have and have used this guitar in B standard all the way down to drop F#, it can literally do it all. The locking tuners are a super nice touch for faster string changes. IF IT'S NOT IN YOUR CART YET WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?

Very much girthy thalls in this guitar and a beautiful finish that changes colors in different angles. I like the fishmans but I’m not a huge fan of active pick ups. However I gave these a try and they are the only active pickups ive been impressed by in a while

"A MUST BUY FOR 7 string owners"

This is my second 7 string and I must say that the fanned frets are amazing, the longer scale on my low A string gives me more tension and a better sounding note. The fishman fluence pickups are really great sounding too. They’re really hot active pickups and even with the passive mode they’re still pretty hot. Honestly I can’t hear a big difference between the active and passive mode but it’s there if anyone needs it. There is a big difference on a very clean amp you can hear how much gain the active modes adds. The locking tuners on this guitar are really nice too. I suggest buying the Ibanez roadtour case. Nice guitar needs a nice case

"Best Ibanez MS 7 string"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I've had this guitar for 4 months now and it is now my primary/go-to guitar. I've used countless 7 strings in the past but nothing quite like this one. The black aurora burst is dazzling, the Fishmans are aggressive, and the quality of this guitar feels as if it's a Prestige model Ibanez. I highly recommend this guitar for players who want that low aggressive tone.
Sound
A chugging machine or a shredder.
Quality
Well built like the high end Prestige Ibanez models.
