Well, ordered this case because I got a screaming deal on a brand new Ibanez RG470AHM and hated the case that came with it, I also wanted to check out zZounds no interest payment plan. Case that came with the guitar was something to protect the guitar and better than a gig bag but not much. The new Ibanez case came in just 2 days and was extremely well packaged! It looks great! Outside has sort of a carbon fiber molded look and the inside was beautiful and plush. Guitar fits in in it like a glove! It is exactly what I was looking for, and there is zero movement of the guitar when the lid is closed. Case only has 3 latches but it is secure when they are latched and there is a key lock as well. I just wish I could find a case that fits like this for my B C Rich mockingbird!! Ibanez, you nailed it with this case for the RG series guitars. zZounds, great job with my first order. You definitely have a new customer. Thanks for having just what I needed, at a great price, with free shipping, and a zero interest payment plan to boot! Now if I could just con you folks in to an employee discount plan, I would be in guitar 7th heaven!! Thank you all!!!

I ordered this along with my new Ibanez SEW and it fit the paper thin S series like a glove. Ive had it for almost a year and haul it back and forth to recording sessions and band practice and it is amazing. 10/10 I am however giving the features and wow factor a 3 star not 5 star because there's not an enclosed storage spot inside...something with a lid to hold my picks in one spot without bagging or boxing the picks. Everything is perfect aside from that. I havent needed to contact manufacturer support so I'll just go ahead and give them 5 stars.

I just received this case from zZounds. It fits my RGA121 perfect. Overall, I like this case better than the case that came with my new RG 652 Prestige. Both are great, but I like the latches and storage on this case better. It would take an extraordinary event for my guitar to get damaged in this case. There's not much more I could want. Also, the interest free payment option from zZounds is great! I have bought several items with this plan and consider it to be a fantastic option. zZounds customer service is great as well. I will rate this purchase and zZounds five stars in all categories!

Well built nice case. Guitar doesn’t move at all. First one sent was highly blemished but contacted zZounds and received another in a couple of days. Shipment paid on return as well. A+
