"Great Value! Great Guitar!"

Sound
This guitar sounds great! It's got Ibanez's own active pickups. I compared it to my ESP with EMG's and they sound very similar, not exactly the same but similar. raising the pickups closer to the strings helps make it sound closer to the EMG's
Features
For the price, you cannot get a better guitar if you like the Les Paul style. I own an ESP EC500 and it's very comparable. I paid $650 for the ESP and this was $450. The finish is beautiful, the pickups are comparable and the set in neck is an awesome feature for the price!
Ease of Use
Playable right out of the box. It was even in tune :)
Quality
I inspected every inch of this guitar and it's in perfect shape. It's very solid and looks like it will last for years.
Value
I give this guitar a 10 for value. You will not find a better quality guitar in this price range.
Manufacturer Support
N/A - just got it yesterday.
The Wow Factor
Very good looking guitar. It's finish is awesome, the style is fantastic. I'm proud to show it off to anyone.

"Worth it, all the way"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I think I'll have this one for a while and will def replace it if anything happens to it. I am very happy with this one.
Sound
I just got mine with the blue sunburst and it is awesome. This guitar has a great sound, the active pickups def come in handy and the neck play is great. I never have owned an ibanez until now, I've mainly dealt with my jackson and dean, and there is no comparison.
Features
the pickups are awesome and I can't think of anything else this guitar needs
Ease of Use
the sound on this is great, only thing is that there is a low buzzing from the low e string but it's not that big of a deal, I can play anything from hard rock to metal on this and it's real easy to move on the neck
Quality
it's def a well made guitar. there were no scratches, dents, scuffs, chips or anything wrong with the body. The finish is amazing, the pictures online honestly don't do it justice. It really is a beautiful guitar
Value
yeah, this guitar is def worth the price, my little bro bought a les paul and paid a little more and they are about if not, the same quality, so if you're looking to save some, this one is def worth it
Manufacturer Support
ehhh I have had to talk to Ibanez about the little plastic cap breaking on the switch when I first got it. they were really cool about sending a replacement for it and other than that there is just the low buzz from the low e string but like i said ,it's not too bad, probably just to raise the bridge some

"Guitar heaven"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars

I don't foresee myself buying anything else to replace this guitar unless I need something with humbuckers and a tremelo (I have a strat already so I'm covered in that department). If lost or stolen there's no question I would buy this exact same guitar again.
Sound
Sounds great clean. I think the active pickups give it a lot of extra drive that other guitars I own (that have passive pickups) don't have, and because of that my effects seem to have a greater expressive range. The tone is balanced well between all of the strings, does not seem to give an inordinately high preference to either high or low tones. Played with it live as well as recording, and I was able to get the sound I wanted in both situations. I would recommend a quality tube amp, but you can still get a good sound even through a solid state amp. I use an Ibanez Tubescreamer (Overdrive), Ibanez CS-9 (Chorus), and Boss Giga Delay pedal.
Features
Standard electric guitar. Volume knobs for neck and bridge pickups. One tone knob. Playability is fantastic. You can do pretty much whatever you want with it.
Ease of Use
Volume knobs can be a little difficult to understand. My brother was really confused by how the volume knobs worked, and I didn't fully understand them myself until recently. Other than that, it's a guitar, you pick it up and play it.
Quality
Light but solid. I noticed what appeared to be two small errors in the paint job, but I didn't notice them until I was scrutinizing the finish. It could be dust leftover from manufacturing, I'm not sure. If you were standing three feet away from it you wouldn't see it.
Value
The sound, playability, and looks are unrivaled at this price point. I'm no "connoisseur" of guitars, but among the dozens I've played through the years I would highly recommend this if you want something that sounds good and can help you save a few bucks.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal with Ibanez.
The Wow Factor
I got the blackberry finish - the pictures on the Ibanez website lead me to believe it was more of a darker-reddish kind of color, when in fact it was much more of a sort of bright-red kind of apple color. The pictures also led me to believe it was a not-so-shiny sort of matte finish, but it's very shiny. Despite the discrepancy between what I saw on the website and the actual guitar, it's still a very beautiful guitar, it would make anyone look good.

"Great Guitar for the Money"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
If this guitar were lost or stolen, I would buy it again.
Sound
This guitar has terrific sound quality. It is a great sound for classic rock or metal. The active pickups have a slightly muddy sound to them and they sustain forever. This guitar has sound that is very close to my Gibson Les Paul Studio with Burstbucker pros.
Features
Great active pickups that take only two AA batteries. Hardware is nice, stays in tune well. Thanks Ibanez for telling me what strings this comes with (Daddario XL) so I know what to replace them with for the same sound it had originally.
Ease of Use
This guitar is super easy to use. The action was pretty low to start. Low E had some buzz but was easy to raise the action a bit.
Quality
The quality and finish (blue sunburst) of this guitar are first rate. It has a finish that will get noticed. All hardware is tight, fits well, and I don't fear anything falling off or breaking.
Value
You won't find a better guitar in this price range. End of story.
The Wow Factor
Super looks, playability, and value make this a super guitar that can be an everyday player or a stage showpiece.

"A Great guitar at a Exceptional Price!"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

I think this will remain in my inventory for a very long time.
Sound
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW IBANEZ ART320. It is light and the action was perfect right out of the box. I have been playing it exclusively for the past month and am very happy. The tone is very warm and the sustain is incredible.I bought this as a replacement for a `93 Les Paul studio light that i had broken for the fourth time. Though this is not a Paul it plays so well that i hardly notice that i am playing a much less expensive guitar. The finish is gorgeous and the instrument as a whole is superb for the great price that i paid.If you are looking for a alternative to the big boys this might just be the guitar for you.
Features
The Active pick-ups sound great and i dont think i would change a thing .
Ease of Use
Right out of the box and ready to rock!
Quality
Not A flaw on it.
Value
For the price it would be hard to find anything that could compere.
Manufacturer Support
I have had no reason to deal with them because they got it right the first time.
The Wow Factor
It is beuatiful and looks amazing. The feel and playablity are equal to what you get from "the Big Boys" but at a price you can afford.

"Shame on You Ibanez!!"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

I am going to buy an Ibanez (naturally) but I want a double cut semi-hollow body this time, but the volume knob WONT be in the wrong spot or the switch either,& the p.u.s WONT require batteries!!
Sound
Sounds Great on 5 different amps,,as long as the batteries hold out in the pups! Maybe i,m just old school but I,m NOT a FAN of Guitars that uses batteries!!
Features
Oh boy,,just what we needed,,something else that needs batteries!! And for BOTH p.u.s this time,Shame on you Ibanez!
Ease of Use
Lots of different styles of music can be enjoyed with this axe,,as long as your batteries are good
Quality
Its an Ibanez,,Always GREAT fit & finish!! Awesome colors Too,,If you cant depend on an Ibanez no matter where you take it(Beer joint,Church,Old folks home,or tail gate parties)just stay home! This Guitar will prob.last longer than you will (if taken care of)so be ready to put it in your will!
Value
Hell-u- va Good deal for this axe
Manufacturer Support
Havent needed them
