The Gibson J45 is for me the holy grail of acoustic guitars.
Sound
The J45 sounds like pretty much every great recording of an acoustic guitar. Very balanced tone, warm with plenty of clarity.
Features
The pickup in the guitar is decent, never been a fan of the plugged in acoustic sound, but I use it for convenience when a live acoustic is called for. Comes with a very nice case.
Ease of Use
Tune it and play it. Very playable acoustic guitar, both for chord work, single note runs, or anything inbetween.
Quality
Top notch quality.
Value
Value is subjective, especially at this price point. At nearly $3K is this guitar 3x better than a $1K guitar? No, not from my experience. I find that the higher you go in price point on guitars, the more incremental the quality differences. However, the J45 is by far the best sounding acoustic guitar in my opinion, and I was not especially bothered by the high price.

Haven't needed Gibson's support yet, guitar came to me perfect.
The Wow Factor
The guitar is beautiful, but also sort of basic in appearance. On the other hand, many people comment about how good it sounds while I'm playing, that don't generally same the same about other acoustic guitars in my hands.

"2019 J-45 Heritage cherry burst"
Awesome guitar. The top is beautiful and fit and finish are perfect. The guitar was plekked and it's the best playing guitar I've ever owned. The sound is the best part. Isn't that the most important feature of a guitar? After 45 years of playing and collecting guitars I think I've finally found my soulmate. I love this guitar!

"Whatever you’re looking for, stop. You’ve found it."
I can promise you, the Gibson J-45 is the most versatile, picture/sound perfect acoustic guitar money can buy. I’ve owned Taylor’s, martins, fenders, yamahas, and many more. Zero and I mean zero of the many acoustic guitars I’ve own/owned have sounded this great in every end. Vibrant highs, bassy lows, and the smoothest mid you can get. No wonder this guitar is basically the most recorded acoustic guitar in the history of music.

This guitar is absolutely amazing.i owned a Martin d 18 and swapped it for this j 45.Now don't get me wrong the martin is a great quality guitar. But I give this Gibson The nod for playability and looks they compare this to the d 28 very close in sound construction and sound but I have to give Gibson the nod here

I’ve wanted this guitar since I started playing and thanks to zZounds making it possible I now own it. It’s looks are simplistic beauty. It’s sound is even better. Buttery bass, clear midrange and sweet highs...it’s voice is amazing. Price? Yeah it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Just buy it you won’t regret it.

The guitar to rule them all. This is the guitar that can truly do it all. From heavy chords to a delicate touch. I play mostly country and rock. This has the tone that so many covet. The shorter scale makes playing barre chords so much easier for me. You won't be disappointed with the J-45.
