Purchased a blem case at a substantial discount. The case arrived in excellent shape with no serious flaws. The case is nice, very similar in appearance to a Schecter factory case. The red plush interior is attractive. The latches seem sturdy and reliable. As the edges of the top and bottom halves of the case are rimmed with metal, care must be taken in putting your guitar away to avoid scratching the finish. For a universal case, it is relatively small. It will hold a standard strat style guitar like a Yamaha Pacifica and it will hold a small single cut guitar like a Hofner Club. This case will not hold a Schecter Solo 6, a BC Rich Mockingbird or Eagle, or an Epi LP or Genesis; these guitars are too wide and/or too long to fit.The case appears to be plenty durable for home storage and local giggiing. I'm not sure it would hold up to public transportation.

"Gator TSA Guitar Case"

I bought 2 of these blemished from zZounds almost perfect, new condition. I've had them only 2-3 weeks but they seem to be sturdy. I don't know if they will survive many baggage handlers but I probably won't fly with them. Fits Squire, Teles and Strats fine. I use one for Godin Xtsa with Dunlop locking strap pins, VERY tight fit. Just right IMO. I would prefer to have a sealing gasket and not metal for the lid and box interface but that's the design. Latches appear be sturdy. This review requires that stars be chosen for sound rating & Manufacturer rating so I will choose a star rating but it means nothing!

Features
Good latches & Handle. Needs larger compartments going from body to tip, all along the neck and head.
Ease of Use

Quality
Seems well made from polyethylene. Hopefully will last past my lifetime and my grandchildren's.
Value
All cases seem to me overpriced but they are needed protect your investment whether a cheep instrument or a high priced one. I bought this case because in a gig bag a tuning button was somehow broken on my Godin Xtsa. I needed better protection.
Manufacturer Support
I own other Gator products, never needed to contact.
The Wow Factor
Very nice looks, feels sturdy.

I have another case for my bass - which is also great - this case, I only have had it for a few weeks - but it is very light, nice handle , and some room for my 'stuff' - I would recommend it to anyone!
Ease of Use
It's a guitar case - nice handle, lightweight.
Quality
Ihaven't put it to the test, but it apears to be all that they say it is.
Value
Great value - considering it only cost $129.00 to protect a $2000.00 investment!!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed any.
The Wow Factor
C'mon, I'm an adult!

"Decent quality but VERY SMALL"

Decent quality case, not much padding inside. Somehow this is too small to fit a standard Les Paul, not sure how that is "universal", next I'm trying the gator "extra long" case to see if I can get something that will fit my ESP BW-1.
