I got this guitar from zZounds. I am totally satisfied with this purchase. It is an awesome guitar more amazing than the pictures. It sounds great plugged in or unplugged. All of you people that think fender doesn't make quality acoustic guitars because they are made overseas are missing out on a great guitar.i own a Martin drs1 acoustic electric guitar and think it is great and it is but now it spends a lot of time in its case. I can't wait to play the fender and have a lot of fun playing it. I've always thought fender is unfairly underrated when it comes to there acoustic guitars. This guitar is total quality and has everything that the high dollar guitars have at a great savings.

Excellent craftmanship, I gave 4 1/2 stars on some of the items because of the built in tuner, I'm not a fan, other than that Fender hit a home run with this guitar. I've had it a little over a month and the wood is already maturing! The tone is exceptional, projection, ease of fretting, I wasn't sure about the fret board wood, but all in all this guitar has a sound all it's own, unlike other solid spruce top with solid Mahogany back and sides I've heard! Yes it's made in China, however if you let be a factor in not buying one, like was said another review you are missing out! Unplugged or plugged in it's a great guitar! I will say that when I plug it up, I do not use reverb or chorus, like I do on my other acoustic- electrics. To me it sounds better without the effects! The gig bagis definitely a quality bag, I bought a solid case simply because I wanted better protection for it. I also have a Fender Paramount PM1 that was my favorite guitar until I got this one! Buy one I really don't think you will be disappointed!

Well, all I can say is this guitar can't hold a candle to the Fender Sonoran! The strings that came on it (I believe they're Fender) are simply junk, the low E (six string) just sounds dead, stretching the living sh#t out of them did help but I'm going for some D'Addario's A.S.A.P.. I find the action a bit high and the neck a bit on the thick side, as well I can't say I'm in love with the finish on the neck. As for the rest of the guitar it's nice, very nice and well done, good clean lines and finish, very nicely done, well made with lovely deep wood tones. I believe this guitar will sound great after it ages several years but it just hasn't got that warmth and sustain I'm used to with an older instrument, maybe plugged in it will sound better but just playing it purely as an acoustic, well I'll just say it sounds green and needs to grow, only time will heal that however. I do very much like the guitar so really I have no actual complaints, it just need to mature and in time I think this will be a real keeper, it's just not a Fender Sonoran which I find to be a superior guitar.

"This is Fender's Absolute Best Electric-Acoustic"

I just recently purchased a Fender Redondo Classic and off the bat if looks could kill I've died and resurrected multiple times. I can't take my eyes of the finish. The spruce top and solid Mahogany body is top notched. I actually don't mind the built in tuner but the fishman pickup has this Redondo rocking. Great guitar for gigs or on stage. Without the amp the sound is loud and bright. I love the unique almost Dreadnought but not quite shape. Definitely unique in more ways then one. The gig bag has to be Fender's best gig bag ever. Semi hard, great cushioning, even rubber bumpers on at the base of the guitar and neck to make contact with the ground. I also like the humidifier that came with the guitar. I can't wait for this guitar to age. Would have been nice if the guitar came with instructions for the electronics but after a few minutes you'll be able to figure it out. Same for the humidifier the instructions on the box is in Chinese but there are pictures detailing how to use. Overall very satisfied. The pictures show no justice on how gorgeous this guitar finish is. I get compliments all the time.
