After having played both the American Standard Jazz and Precision Basses for many years, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best bass I've ever owned, the best bass I've ever had the privilege of playing. Hands down, the best bass product from Fender to date. It's an amazing instrument, a true top-of-the-line bass.
