Build quality is truly excellent. Fretwork is some of the best i've seen on a sub $2k bass. Bought mine from zZounds and was the first person to touch since the Fender factory. Bass was setup fine. Hardware was all installed properly and seeing the finish when opening the case just really impresses. The nitro is beautiful!Bass is basically the Mexican version of the AVRI. The pots are full size CTS everything else appears to be the same but the pickups. Sounds and plays like a big neck P bass. Exactly what I wanted. Case is fine. My bass fits great. I usually use a gig bag anyway.

Plays and sounds liker a classic Precision bass. Balance, sound and feel are excellent. No dead spots on the neck. Capable of low action. The Nitro finish feels great. Neck feels great to play wide and not too thick The overall construction is very good. Seems like a non-road worn precision. I am really happy with this bass. If you want a classic P bass and don't want to dish out the cash for an American Vintage Re-issue, this is the bass for you.
