After many ..many months reading about different moving head lights, going to local stores to see them demonstrated, I decided to get two the Chauvet Intimidator Spot IRC. Not disappointed. They are EXTREMELY bright and work great in both dmx mode and without. I got them in white and mounted on totems which looks fantastic!!! I do mostly needing and these are no part f my higher end wedding lighting package. My only complaint is that the fans on these are really loud. Not noticeable when music is playing but very noticeable when not.

I am really pleased with this light. I'm new to moving heads and this is very easy to use. The totem mode on this fixture won me over. I recommend the Intimidator 255 IRC for DJs and club owners.

bought a pair. i run all dmx, these movers are well built, nice vivid colors, and smoooth rotating gobos. chauvet seems to be well in the game and the 255 is right with thier design thoughts. very bright, great with fog or haze. if your looking for a top quality small,(in size) yet powerfull moving head....this is prabably the one.
