It worked great when i first got it. It was so nice to just be able to pick a color and let it go. But after about 6 months the buttons started sticking and eventually stopped working altogether. Changed batteries left and right and didnt get a change. I would say to get something else but I havent been able to find anything else that will work with my chauvet dj 4bar lt usb system. Not at all zZounds' fault. Brilliant company.

Says it works up to 30 ft away thats not true , 10 ft if that ,,have several fixtures and operates all the same distance,,returned first remote thought it might be defective but 2nd remote did same thing ,,ok for house parties but for a small gigs it not worth it

This garbage remote only works when using the "blackout" feature, otherwise, it does nothing when pushing the other buttons. I downloaded the instructions from the website and absolutely nothing worked as described per instructions. Pressing buttons just did random sequences but nothing that specific buttons were described to do. Total junk! Sometimes you expect and hope that the product you spend your money on, will work as advertised. Chauvet should be ashamed to be selling this garbage remote.
