"Worst Users Guide in Creations"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
With better users guide and tech support I would rate it a 10.
Sound
The instrument simulations are great.
Features
It comes with great features.
Quality
No complaints there.
Manufacturer Support
I was placed on hold for more than forty minutes only to discover that the tech rep knew nothing about the product. Tech rep could not even find the requested steps in the users guide.
The Wow Factor
I have it but because of the users guide I am seriously considering returning the instrument.

I bought the casio px500 to take to medical school with me, it is a great product. I am completely satisfied with it. The best features are the pedal action of the keys, the built in musical library of about 88 pieces, and the keys light up. It has a small display to show tempo and piece number(pieces in the library). The light up keys and the music library are the most valuable.
Quality
The product is made very well. No complaints at all. It handles very well on the road, I have a travel case for it, and i take it back and forth to europe.
Value
This product is worth every cent.. It is definately worth the extra money for the library and light up keys, I wouldn't buy anything less..the extra money you spend for these features, results in quick learning, more productive music lessons, and a more enthusiastic student.
Manufacturer Support
No I haven't dealt with them but this is the third casio piano in my family. My family has the larger, digital casio piano, it has a larger display and a disc drive. I bought this casio to take with me to college, and I bought another one for my grandmother. Never once had to call casio with any problems.
