Bought at a great price, had a small scratch and that's the way the item was advertised. Grandson is nine and asked him a month ago while he was watching a teen band if he would like to be in one when he is older, that's why I got it for him.

My husband and I bought out 3 grandchildren (9, 7, 7) the Casio 61 lighted keyboard for Christmas, and they love it! It is helping them learn how to play by lighting up the key that comes next. One has alread learned "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and is so proud of himself. It also gives them something else to do indoors besides video games!

works as expected - both my boys love it, and couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. I can't comment on manufacturer support as I haven't had any problems.

I bought it for a gift for my grandchildren. It was refurbished. Whoever owned it before me sort of messed up the box and papers, and the keyboard was quite "used" looking. I cleaned it up the best I could. At least the keyboard seemed to work fine.
