The pictures don't do this guitar justice, the (all solid) African mahogany is flawless, even-grained, and fit and finish very satisfactory. I do love a nice satin finish, and Breedlove has done a great job with this series. The action is perfect for finger style, but takes medium strumming very well. I don't think it is the right guitar if you're looking to strum really hard on it....and the neck is very, very smooth, Sounds warm yet strong unplugged, and plugged into to the Boss Katana 50 (Acoustic mode) it's really all you could want. Arrived quickly, no issues, well set-up at the factory. zZounds is awesome, and my daughter (and I) couldn't be more pleased
