It is a very nice guitar but the sound is very dull compared to the Cordoba. No eq or volume knob so you need to keep amp very close. I returned it.

I agree with the OP about this guitar sounding dead. It does not project or resonate at all but aside from that I had a couple of issues with this guitar. The B string kept slipping and would not stay in tune. It would be ok for a short while but wouldn't stay in tune. In addition to that the tuning peg for the G string would slip when trying to tune up. This guitar is worth maybe $300 and Breedlove should consider reducing the price on it. Seriously. By a Yamaha or Cordoba.
