I was upgrading from a Saffire Focusrite 6i6 2ndGen.. to this monster..I was smart enough to know what i wanted and i know what i needed...I DIDN'T know that X32P was smarter than me...I wanted physical motorized faders = checki wanted mic pre-amps w/ effects = checkI wanted multiple inputs for my DAW (FL Studio) = checkI wanted multiple outputs for sound routing = checkI wanted a great professional look and sound = CHECKI wanted EASE of use = FAIL... I'm not a genius, nor am i stupid.. but this thing has a little learning curve..Okay maybe not to a sound engineer, but to a music producer / performer.. this thing can get quite complicated. So the original basic set-up was easy out the box.. connect to computer, load drivers, set up DAW.. connect inputs, connect monitors and main speakers.. ALL is GOOD... NOPE..!!!You have to go into the X32P Set-up Menu and instruct the on-board USB Interface card how to behave, where to route inputs and outputs..Then you have to go to the X32P Routing Menu and instruct it how to route sounds to monitoring speakers.. Oh.. and if you want Stereo.. that's another step..The Set-up for a basic DAW to Speakers with 3 instruments.. was like taking a technical exam..BUT... IT IS WELL WORTH IT...The X32P sounds so beautiful, my mixes are more in depth.. my mics are soooo crisp and clean.. my MPC Live is now alive.. my kids old 2008 Casio 66K Keyboard sounds like a champ.. and guess what.. you can't even tell it's a toy'ish keyboard by todays standards..So if you do buy this and you're not super familiar with sound routing on a mixer board.. Research Youtube, and the greatest help came from a local pro-audio store that sold the X32/M32 (big board).. the Menu is pretty much identical..The guys there helped me with all my questions and was able to show me examples of set-up and guided me through much of it.

"Great Mixer...Horrible Customer Service"

I have owned this mixer for about 8 months. It has been a great mixer until last Sunday. During service the mixer went completely out and lost all power. I was finally able to contact Behringer about the warranty. Behringer uses a third party company to handle their warranty and its a headache. They tried to make me pay for shipping when the product is still under warranty. I was finally able to get them to send me a shipping label to take care of the shipping cost. I am currently waiting on them to contact me to let me know the next step in the process. Hopefully they can get the mixer replaced and shipped back without any issues because I really like the mixer just wish they had better customer service when it deals with the warranty.
