If I had to replace this power amp I would buy it again.
Sound
Does just what it should. Fan is a little noisy but has no impact on sound output.

Click stop dials, built solid, good input output jack arrangement.
Ease of Use
Plug in, choose power setting and go.
Quality
Seems solid and dependable. Have owned this for 1 month and used for gigs and practices with no problems.
Value
Easily worth every penny.
Manufacturer Support
Have not needed to use costumer service for this product but have dealt with them in the past and they were helpful.

Never give anything but my Crowns a "10" but this is a definite 9 across the board.
Sound
Just using it for a monitor mix. Very clean, tight bass, and plenty of headroom. Of course Allen & Heath mixer, or Soundcraft mixer and it sounds great through either. Very nice for the price.
Features
Haven't used the BiAmp feature yet, but nice addition at this price point.
Ease of Use
Got to admit, plug & play...Easy setup.
Quality
Nice quality at this price.

I would say very good value so far...

Never had a problem with Behringer (knock on wood) so can't comment.
