When this breaks, I'll attempt to fix it. Better switches and connectors. If I can't fix it, then maybe I'll buy another Behringer, because I'm cheap. We'll see.
Sound
It's clean. No detectable coloration, hum or hiss.
Features
It's inexpensive. 2 switches are great. You can select between latch and non-latch. These dovetail together with other AB200 to make a solid pedal board and I think they will also dovetail with the BOSS switch. The major drawback is the lack of 9v power input. You have to unscrew and open the case to change the battery. There is no on/off switch.
Ease of Use
If you can step you can use this. -The battery is a pain to change, requiring disassembly. The battery will go dead if you leave your gear plugged in. Plugging and unplugging gear will wear it out cause it uses cheap connectors. I immediately modified mine with a Godlyke 9v battery adapter and my trusty Dremel. Now I don't have to change batteries or unplug my gear ever.
Quality
I've opened it and inspected the parts. The parts are cheap and not at all robust. Be gentle with this. Really gentle. This is ok for a home/hobby setup, but you can't gig with this. Not good for children or excitable teens 'cause they are really tough on pedals.
Value
What can you really expect from a XX pedal? I still buy a lot of Behringer. Their gear is cheap but I have yet to have a problem.
Manufacturer Support
unknown, I won't call for a XX dollar pedal. I'll just fix it myself.
The Wow Factor
This solves a problem in my home rig for low cost and I did not lust for it. If it lasts, then great. I cheaped out and went with Behringer instead of Boss. Boss is better and more robust but still not sexy.

"Boss FS-6? Not for this guy - German technology rules!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I would replace it with another if it went AWOL. Best features: silent electronic switching. Worst: no DC input to bypass the battery (but easily corrected with an electric drill and soldering iron!).
Sound
I bought two of these AB200's to control the bank scrolling on my GR-33 and my ME-50B. The first thing I did was install a 2.1mm DC input jack so that I wouldn't be a slave to the 9v. battery - I can leave them plugged in all the time. They're powered via my Boss PSA-120 and the a daisy-chain setup that I made myself. The necessary parts are found readily on the 'Net. These work great for my purposes - although on carpet they tend to squirt out from under foot - so I put them on a small piece of plywood.
Features
Most useful features: Quiet electronic switching; Programmable for your needs (latching, non-latching, etc.); Multiple AB200's connect together (I have two mated together).
Ease of Use
Not very intuitive - fairly complex switching which is why it's such a good buy for the money. I had to play around with it for awhile with cables and circuit tester before I could figure out how to use it to scroll through the sound bands & patches on my Roland synth. Behringer could improve their instruction manual (hard copy included with the switch and .pdf available online) by including a few more different setup illustrations.
Quality
What would I change? The quality is a little sub-standard IMHO (specifically referring to how the exterior rocker contacts the interior micro-switch, it's possible to depress the rocker on an angle and have it not depress the switch inside - I've learned to keep my foot straight on the rocker) - but as it's about 1/2 the price of its competitor (Boss FS-6) I'm quite happy to have two for the price of 1!
Value
Excellent - there's nothing else like it at this price. The AB200 does so much.
Manufacturer Support
Don't know about this question.
The Wow Factor
The design is engineered well, tough aluminum exterior housing with hard plastic rockers. The LED's are a nice touch. It should come with a 2.1mm socket to make it compatible with the Boss/others system for use with an A/C adapter. It's not an essential addition to my setup as I can perform the same function with other means - but it adds convenience & speed to my playing.

"IF YOU NEED AN A/B SWITCH, GET THIS ONE."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Should serve me well, I may even purchase a second unit for extended capability.
Sound
Very quiet switching. Little if ANY noise.
Features
Its a dual A/B switch. It does what is says it can do and it does it well
Ease of Use
Very intuitive, and with the included diagrams and instructions its very easy to use.
Quality
Its built well. Switches should withstand a few years worth of use.
Value
Nothing short of amazing the bang for the buck. I could not find any other manufacturer offer this type of switch for less than a C note. So for what you pay, you get a great if not superior product.
Manufacturer Support
I have had to use Behringer support only once and it was just a matter of trading emails with support to get the product replaced. I only give an 8 due to the fact that I had to pay shipping to send it back to get it replaced. I have had companies send me the replacement unit with a prepaid shipping label to send the defective unit back.
The Wow Factor
Looks good

Behringer often gets a bad rap because of the low prices on their products. This A/B switch is a perfect example of Behringer versatility & value. Quiet operation, good construction, amazing flexibility in the set up possibilities and all for a very reasonable price. I did a lot of comparison shopping for this switch & I'm totally satisfied with this purchase. Money well spent on exactly what I was looking for.

"Pretty good for the cost"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
The unit has 2 A/B pedals allowing lots of creative choices. My personal use will be to choose from clean to dirty chain of pedals. On the dirty side I can have two options of light crunchy and chain saw ripping. So I can choose between 3 chains of pedals from one Behringer unit. Excellent for the cost. Operation was pretty quiet. The Boss style switches didn't make the loud mechanical pop that you get from 3PDT switches. It doesn't look that sturdy, but then I still have effects I bought in 1969. I don't seem to tear up much equipment. My biggest complaint is that there is no option for external power. I fixed that by hanging the battery snap outside the unit and changing one end of my external power cables with another battery snap with everything folded neatly into a small plastic medicine bottle. Works great for me. Again for the cost this works wonderfully. Looks like they've made the side of the pedal where you can physically latch on another pedal (if you'd ever need that much A/B switching.) I only want to carry one amp so I A/B back to one output.

I have only used this pedal a few times and it has performed well. But, I am a single act and try to take great care of my equipment. I don't have roadies or anyone else setting up or packing my gear (I wish!). I use it with a Behringer Europower PMP1680s that has two effects banks. It's great to be able to switch on and off the different effects with just one pedal.

"2 switches in ONE!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Sound
I did not notice any coloration or distortion or noise.
Features
This is actually two A-B switches in ONE! I got it together with a 2nd V-Amp Pro so I could switch between the two without delay and to fiddle with one while I play the other. As a bonus, I found that through some creative use of this pedal I could work in a microphone to sing through the effects box I wasn't using. Very good!
Ease of Use
Like a lot of Behringer products, this has more functionality than buttons, and doesn't cater to your intuition. It's a simple device, however, so it only takes 2 minutes of looking at the instructions to figure it out. It took me 3 minutes more to figure out the complex arrangement explained above, but after that I was completely satisfied.
Quality
Seems good so far. only used it one weekend.
Value
Twice the pedal for 2/3 the price of a BOSS.
The Wow Factor
Pretty sure my bandmate will get one too. Hell, I might even get a second one.

Behringer AB200 AB Switch Customer Review

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Sound
Seemed fine for the first few months, but now is getting a bit noisy...
Features
Love the options for switching. Needs to have an input for a power adapter. It can only be power by a 9v battery, which is difficult to get to (you have to remove screws from the base). I cut a notch in the case to thread the battery plug outside, so I can power it with my daisy-chain power supply.
Ease of Use
pretty easy to figure out
Quality
Both red LEDs have burnt out, and the channels are getting noisy....
Value
good price, but the quality of the unit is lacking
Manufacturer Support
since I modified the case, I pretty much have voided the warranty, so I haven't had opportunity to check in with customer service....
The Wow Factor
I will be picking up a different AB box to replace this one.

"Behringer AB200 Dual A/B Switch Defective and Poorly Documented for Sales"

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
First, there is no description in online sales sites that a 9v battery is required, that it is not included, but most importantly, if cables are left in the device, the battery drains at a rapid rate - less than 2 weeks. This was an annoying factor, because we use it to switch two sets of speakers in a dance studio throughout 12-14 hour days, and the night person must disengage the cables, and the morning person, re-engage them. The worst factor is, now after 32 days of owning the device the button for switching the A to B speakers no longer works. I own other Behringer sound equipment and have been satisfied, but this switch is not useful. I hope to return it and get a refund.

It's not a professional item and it will break after use.
Sound
It didn't appear to affect the sound.
Features
The features are actually fantastic.... if only it worked without breaking, I'm on my second one and it didn't last a month.
Ease of Use
A few minutes and you know what's going on. It's not rocket science.
Quality
I tend to like Behringer products, and the design of this switch is great. But it's put together like crap and my second one has broken in under a month.
Value
The value would be incredible... if it worked.
Manufacturer Support
I'm about to deal with them and see what happens.

"Great pedal despite what some say"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
All of the goof bags complaining about the construction and wiring of this pedal need to get out of there moms basement and get a life. For the price and construction of this product you can't go wrong. I've had this pedal for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. So you go ahead and complain about this pedal and go spend a fortune on another brand to do the samething as this one. Great job Behringer. I have recommended this product to several friends.
Sound
No feed back what so ever
Features
Wish you could use the other side for out puts as well
Ease of Use
Can't get much simpler
Quality
With the battery was easier to get to or at least a switch to turn off the unit instead of unplugging it all the time
Value
Very good product for the price
Manufacturer Support
Haven't need anything
The Wow Factor
Cool basic colors. Can;t go wrong with grey and black

I buy other products now.
Sound
Not applicable
Features
Good concept poorly executed... should be the company strap line. Maybe it is?
Ease of Use
Fine... if it worked.
Quality
I have had a number of Behringer items. I really should know better than to expect reliability by now. The stuff just breaks; often.
Value
Whatever it costs; if it does not work it is too much
Manufacturer Support
Never used it as the type of break means that the product itself is floored in design or componens.

"It worked for 3 whole days."

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
It's a hit or a miss with this company. I've had some products live long and work and others die the first time I needed them. Great ideas and designs but horrible quality control and the cheapest of the cheap in components. I'd pay double for their products if the were built in Germany by Germans with better components.
Sound
When it worked the switch was silent or near silent which is what you want in a switch, however it stopped working in 3 days.
Features
A nice array of features for this price range. Use it to switch between 2 amps or 2 guitars. Has both latching and unlatched. But it only lasted 3 days!
Ease of Use
Actually needed to read the manual because it's not intuative in it's design. Designed by a scientist, built by a chimp.
Quality
Solid feel and look and design. Components must be complete crap 'cause it only worked for 3 days.
Value
You'd be better of burning your money to warm your fingers than spending on this completely unreliable crap from over there. If you buy one and it worked for you than good for you.
Manufacturer Support
Since it was my backup I didn't have the occasion to use it before the warranty ran out. When I finally did use it IT LASTED 3 DAYS!
The Wow Factor
If behringer would start to implement some better quality control they might get a better reputation.

Behringer AB200 AB Switch Customer Review

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
I would like to see one that switched more than 2 guitars to 1 amp.
Sound
It did not chage the sound of my guitars.
Features
The only feature I did not like was the battery will drain if you do not unplug. An on/off switch in needed to insure battrey life.
Ease of Use
Simple to use.
Quality
I have two of them. I got the first one as soon as they came out and the about two months later. I'm currently switching between 3 guitars. I'm about to buy a third one so I can conect up to 4 guitars to one amp, switching between them with ease. They get use every day and move about frequently.
Value
Compaired to the nearest compeditor which is about twice as much, this product allows players who do not have a lot of money to around a chance to use some really nice features.
Manufacturer Support
No need they are working fine. I did how ever have to add a switch to extend battery life.
The Wow Factor
It works well in the studio and on the road, I like the larger touch pads and the led lights are easy to see.

"it falls apart, it's made like junk, it's not worth it."

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars

I started looking for something to replace it immediately.
Sound
No opinion. It doesn't color the sound. It shouldn't
Features
If it worked, it would have great features, but like so much Behringer stuff, it doesn't.
Ease of Use
simple, straightforward, but VERY hard to put the battery in,.
Quality
This thing broke after two months. Piece of garbage, it's a fisher-price toy.
Value
If it didn't fall apart and if it wasn't impossible to put the battery in, and if one of the LEDs hadn't been busted when I first got it.... It is garbage
Manufacturer Support
WHO CARES. It's a piece of junk
The Wow Factor
Stupid non-working piece of gear.
