Software: It didn't work and it took a couple weeks for them to reply to my emails. They finally told me that the serial number was already being used. After going though a lot of crap to prove that I actually bought it, they finally helped me. I shouldn't have had to wait two months to be able to use it. Then my computer died and because they only let you use it on one computer, I still can't use it. There are a lot of free plugins that sound better anyway (TAL Ele7tro, Minimogue, OP-X Free, etc) Keyboard: It works (most of the time...), has two octaves of cheap noisy plastic keys. I wouldn't recommend this. You could buy any $25 Yamaha PSR or other cheap keyboard with MIDI on Craigslist and have 5 octaves of better quality keys, it will do the same thing. For software, install Reaper or any other DAW and use some of the thousands of free or cheap VST plugins.
