This is the best wireless i've ever used. It's good to go straight out of the box. I have mine rack mounted and was glad that AKG put the rackears in with the package. The only downside is that it doesn't come with the cable to put the antenna up front, but $20 at an electronic store I got everything I needed.
Sound
The sound is great. I play bass and I was surprised with how well my sound came through. I've played through other wireless systems before that dropped off at certain frequencies.
Features
The best feature is that right out of the box you're good to go. You can set up custom channels, and you can even find deadspots and adjust the channel to the best frequency.
Ease of Use
Very easy to get great sound. All you do is plug in.
Quality
First thing i noticed was the quality. About a month ago my whole rack took a nose dive straight down to concrete, I ruined a cable but the AKG was fine.
Value
Way better than other brands at the same price. I'm thinking of buying another one just to have.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed them yet.
