I received the fog machine day before my gig and tried it with the fog juice recommended by instruction manual... it squirted fog once, and then stopped working.. I ended up going to Sam Ash and purchasing the exact same fog machine and requested that they open up and test run before my purchase...the first one did NOT work, the second one did and came with a sample bag of fog juice, (the zZounds machine did NOT come with sample fog juice) then I bought another bottle of fog juice and tried that as well and it worked fine... I never called zZounds to report my issue ... I just took it as a loss since it was so cheap... just didn't feel like going through the return process whatever that process is? I've never had an issue with zZounds products/purchases before, and I've spent over thousands with zZounds...
