"Not bad, but I want to get more for my $$$"

Looking to get something like this! two as mentioned before, LED's with DMX (Master/Slave)
Sound
Not too loud, works well lights are bright.
Features
So this is one of the dings, with today's technology, these lights go on and stay on, no easy way to turn them off and on. Nice if they can sense no music and turn off, yes you can spend 30.00 for a belkin power strip with a remote on/off and that works well, but just more stuff to lug around and purchase.
Ease of Use
Plug it in and it's on.
Quality
Works well ran it most of the night.
Value
Not bad for 80.00, I rented it for 25.00 for the night. It would get a 10 across the board it it was tri LED with mic & sensitivity knob and I could purchase two and have a DMX master/slave!
Manufacturer Support
Didn't need support, you can't beat that.
The Wow Factor
the party loved it, but they were looking for a good time and we gave it to them!

"Great old skool light"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Make sure you know what you are buying before passing judgement or giving bad reviews. I own 2 of these as well as the newer Tri-LED Vertigo. I always use at least one of these every time I DJ somewhere. Yes they do get hot (they are halogen bulbs!). Yes they should be run keeping the duty cycle in mind (I often run them a bit longer). Yes the bulbs are easy to find and replace (Have only had to replace 2 since I've own them). It will still run with only one bulb! I always hang lights either from a light tree/T-bar or a truss regardless whether they are LED or Halogen. I always use a controller to manage on/off, duty cycles, chase and sound active functions. I would have liked it a lot better if ADJ had made the Tri-LED version as pretty as this one. I will not let them go until they fall apart.

"Should not buy it, not satisfied, length of use recommended < 15 minutes"

I do not think to buy another product because I do not know if I have the same wrong ads like this one. If I buy another one, I will go to store to check it out, then I will buy it . Never buy this kind on internet agin.
Sound
This product does not have all quality as they advertised, 1. it recommends not to use more than 15 minutes continuously, it needs to stop to cool down the halogen bulb, no one will have party or dancing 15 min then stop to wait for light to cool down. 2. It does not have sound activated as ads, it has a switch to turn on light moving continuously without music sound 3. It does not have a cover to protect us from burning heat, you can be burned if touching it incidentally in case you put it on high level instead of hanging it on the ceiling I do not recommend to buy this product

just a hunk of junk ready for return
Features
There are no features Just plug and go which sucks cause you should be able to control speed, and amount of light given and etc
Ease of Use
Yea it was easy u plug it in
Quality
That thing is horrible! It gets so hot it says 10 minute cycle period which even that may be 2 much. 2 hallogen lamps at 110 w a piece i think its way to hott. says theres a fan but what good is it if u can only keep it on for 10 mins r u gonna plug in unplug it while ur mixing it up.
Value
for 90 bucks it could do a little more than that

"A solid, dependable and economical light! ROCK SOLID!!"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Ease of Use
This thing is solid as a rock. Cheap, easy to use and takes a beating. A great, bright and easy to add light. I have run mine continuously for 3 hours with no issues whatsoever. I have owned two of these for 5 years and they have both been awesome lights. Low tech and easy to use.

American DJ Vertigo Customer Review

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Great product. Still working strong...bulbs easy to find. I bought a bunch of spares and only used 1 so far.
Sound
Spins with the music. Have had mine for 5 years and no trouble. Once or twice changed a bulb after dropping when hot.
Features
Gets hot but no problem, still works. Do not place on speakers, will melt carpet, etc.
Ease of Use
Easy to use, just plug and play
Quality
Great quality, both lights still work after 5 years of intermittent use and being moved all over the place.
Value
Great value for the price....

"Should be discontinued"

This stopped moving to the music the third time I used it. Also, manufacturer recommends you run this light 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off because of the heat it outputs--who is going to do that? If I would have known that it was so cheap I wouldn't have purchased. Buy another brand.
