I bought this bass about a month ago from zZounds. All I can say is this Ethos is just AWESOME!! From the finish to the tone to the playability. The electronics are powerful, growly and punchy. Just the way you would expect a Spector to sound. The neck is incredibly fast and the ebony fretboard feels great. I will say the only drawback is the weight. It definitely is heavy but the the attributes far outweigh the 1 negative. I highly recommend this bass to anyone looking at possibly buying it. If you are new to Spector and are looking to enter in to one of these amazing instruments, this bass is a great representation of the more expensive Euros and USA made Spectors. Jump in with both feet, you won’t regret it.
