"This is a classic!!!"
I've been playing drums for over 40 years, and have owned a number of these. Bearing improvements weren't needed, but they did it anyway. Hands down the best pedal I've ever owned, and will keep playing it for another 40 years if I'm blessed enough to be around that long. It's smooth, it's super responsive, and it's quiet(also a plus when recording). Seriously, people will put these down because it looks vintage, but the truth is Ludwig made the perfect pedal years ago, and honestly if you haven't played one, try it, you'll be surprised.
