I've played a Fender Jazz bass for 20 years and decided it was time for a new one. Ended up buying this bass and was blown away. First off, these photos don't really do it justice. In person, the pick guard is a slightly different white than the finish and looks great. Nice slight contrast. The sound is amazing. Full, very clean and clear. Very responsive. Nice weight and balance. My only complaint is that is was clearly obvious that Fender didn't bother setting up my bass. I had to make a neck adjustment, lower the strings, and set intonation. After that, it plays like a dream. Awesome bass!
