"Yamaha Piagerro Review"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
Very expressive tones and pretty good piano voice. It sounds pretty good when I am in the studio and its sounds better when I perform live.
Features
For the price, I can't complain. The highlight is that it is a USB keyboard and I could use it as a MIDI controller.
Ease of Use
When I got it, I opened the box, plugged it in and started playing. The Piagerro is very straightforward....the way it should be.
Quality
Very well made...already been in transport in and out of the studio and I am very impressed with the way it holds together, for such a light keyboard.
Value
Yamaha Piaggero NPV-60. It's a Yamaha...I'm sure it speaks for itself.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't dealt with customer support yet...but when you are busy, you shouldn't have to.

I love this and recommend it to any student, or part timer who doesn't really want a toy but doesn't want to spend a fortune. Originally, I thought some of the features were unecessary or distracting, but I am slowly learning how to use them. I only had two disappointments...no power supply, but the YPR-7 I was replaceing used a compatible (don't try this yourself, a qualified person checked it for me, you can damage it by using one that just "fits" ) so be sure to order one. Number two...I didn't buy one sooner!
