Feature:
The mixer itself is attractive, nicely laid-out, and incredibly lightweight. The angled base allows you to easily view and manipulate the controls. The Phantom power of only 15V was (by Yamaha's admission) a cost cutting measure that diminished the usefulness of this mixer to me.

Quality:
It has a classy look, all knobs and faders seem to be of good quality. Its weight, however, is SO light that this mixer seems too good to be true, as far as traditional power and amplification go.

Value:
The price seems reasonable, given the appearance and features, but not with respect to the quality of the sound.

Desirability:
It's very appealing visually, and very easy to transport.

Sound:
The sound of acoustic instruments -- using either transducer pickups or mic'ed -- through this mixer is brittle. Unacceptable.

Ease of Use:
It's easy to set this mixer up, but the resulting sound is unsatisfactory.

Support:
Yamaha was very good to deal with, but unfortunately, they built a product w/ an inferior sound.

Overall:
I am returning the unit. I tried many methods of beefing up the brittle sound, but none worked. A compact self-powered mixer should not have as many sound issues as this one does. Too bad -- I wanted to keep it, but far cheaper mixers have a much better sound without having to jump through hoops.
