Very well built, will protect my new Hofner (I also have a 1965 Hof) . Just remember not to place anything heavy on it. By the way, this new Hofner is fantastic. I have many bass guitars, but I find I'm playing this new Hofner on my live and studio gigs...then...back into it's new home...zZounds case.

The price was right so I purchased it. It is just all right when it comes to padding and protection so you must be careful. Keeps the dust off and fits the Epiphone Beatle Bass very nicely. I will invest in a hard case for traveling when I get some money together.

I got into bass playing to help with arthritis and play mostly scales and simple lines.
