I happen to work 24 hour shifts, so I take the RP500 to noodle with in the downtime. The quality of this bag really makes me at ease with transporting it, and not worrying that it will be damaged.
Sound
Well, it's a bag so........
Features
The accessory pouch is nice, and it has a shoulder strap to compliment the handles. It's nice to have both.
Ease of Use
Pretty easy, again it's a bag.
Quality
Quality is very nice. Thy nylon is heavy duty, and the padding is nice and thick. I foresee this lasting a long time. The bag fits the RP500 like a glove. I was worried that, the bag was just a generic one that happened to fit the RP500, but it's more like it was made specifically for it. The only thing I would have liked to see different would have maybe been some slightly heavier duty zippers, but I think these will do fine.
Value
Other items like this are pushing the $50-$60 range, so this is a great deal. 30 buck is not bad at all.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed it and I don't think that I will. I will take this opportunity to say, that this is the first item that I have ordered from zzounds.com and they shipped extremely fast. Thanks.
The Wow Factor
The bag is very nice, and looks professional. I would have maybe preferred a different color on the piping around the accessory compartment, but it's really not that big of a deal.

It's perfect for the RP500, and has made moving it around far easier, and it does offer pretty decent protection for a gig bag. The sling is reversible, so you can put it on your right or left shoulder. The two pockets it has are exceptionally spacious, I can fit the power cord, two guitar cables, and my music sheets in the front pocket, but have yet to find a purpose for the slightly smaller pocket on the back.

"RP500 gig bag"

This bag fits the RP500 perfectly. The front pocket is large enough to store three 20' long guitar cables (plus a slide, capo, extra Boss tuner pedal, sunglasses, etc). My only complaint is the strap is kinda awkward and gets in the way while trying to zip it up. Not a big deal, but when you're trying to clear the stage quickly after a show, it adds an extra 5 seconds of annoyance.
