Pretty good guitar...Has a great sound for Rock. Remember it is a MINI-dreadnought; you get what size you pay for. But it sounds very decent! I put some D'Addario medium strings on it. Folds great, and amazingly-is almost in perfect tune when opened back up. It is very light, even lighter than my Fender Tim Armstrong. I travel with this on my back when I skateboard, and I use it often. I haven't had to deal with the manufacturer, so I cannot say anything about that. Only a few things: you have to adjust the truss rod so the action is not so high. And I wish it would have been acoustic-electric! That would have made it a killer travel guitar, because it is gig-worthy. I will take care of that with an acoustic pickup. And I bought this to travel on a upcoming trip....I don't know if it will fit as an overhead bag. The guitar in the bag is so large in the folded position! And this, even though I bought what I perceived to be the smallest Voyager I could find! Other than that, great buy at a easy pay price!
