I guess the best way to say is that the service was very quick but the product was inferior to standards the vox guitar body was very poorly finished the frets were so bad that a cheap 100.00 dollar guitar was better dressed the edges actually cut the edge of my index finger I think vox should give up on guitars! As for you service you responded very quickly to my problem and refunded my money in a timely manner But I probably wont buy any guitars from you again quality chek is non par to let something out like that is not a good business I am a professional auto body repair worker things come in all the time with bad parts and leave with quality parts I hope as a business you take pride in what goes out not to put out products just to make a sale It might not have been a 2000.00 dollar guitar but for the average person it should be playable Thanks for your concern again not so much a problem about the co. but the product Thank Robert
