I've been playing guitar for around four decades, and have played them all literally! I was a Fenderguy for over 20 years my main rig being a 66 super Reverb and a 65 Pro Reverb that I ran in stereo. It was luscious to say the least. But right now I have this new Vox ac15 ac15 H1 and I am absolutely drop-dead knocked out by this amplifier! It is the finest amplifier I've ever owned hands down! The gain structure is a work of art! It's incredibly touch sensitive and the cleans are so pristine and I hate to use the word chimy but there it is and when you start to crack the thing up the gain is just jaw-dropping I'd love it! So to sum it up I don't think you can go wrong with this amplifier I just don't. And if it if you get it with the blue I'll tell you what it's the gravy of the Gods!

Sound
I have been playing for most of my life and have owned many amps. Like every guitar player I know, we are always looking for the sound or tone.
I've been shopping for the right amp and after much disappointment. I've tried boogie, Dr. Z, All the fender tube amps and more. I was always disappointed in the lace of tone. I'm talking 1000.00 Plus amps. Went looking for a music store who carried the AC15 Hand Wired. I took my guitar with me a fender Strat with Lindy Fraylen pickups. The minute I got it dialed in. I new. I bought one from Zzounds.
Absolutely the finest peace of equipment I have every owned.
Features
When you read about the AC15 Hand Wired, Your going to think it is a US made amp. Its not. I have always been a big stickler about quality. This is not your typical production amp. Great Great
Ease of Use
I am using the normal channel. I was looking for pure tone. I play PRS and Strat. They both sound incredible through the amp. I can actually here the distinct sounds that each guitar produces. I bought the one with the Alocon Blue Speaker. A little bit more money, well worth it.

I tried out amps from 800.00 to 1800.00. Best amp for the money.
