I have used this amp quite a bit since purchasing, and I am very pleased with it's performance.
Sound
Classic Trace Elliot sound. This is my third TE and they all sound the same - good. Big sound for such a portable combo. Can put out serious volume with judicious use of the compressor and a stand to get it decoupled from the floor. Sounds weak without the compressor engaged. The pre-shape provides the Trace signature EQ curve, and after that, not much else is needed. Records very well through the Direct Out.
Features
Nice features and overall really doesn't need anything else. A on/off for the horn would have been nice. I personally think HF horns in bass cabinets are silly, and only seem to add hiss while doing little for the definition.
Ease of Use
Read the manual, otherwise fairly idiot proof. Learn to use the on-board compressor.
Quality
I really like Trace Elliot's construction. This combo feels just as solid as my TE 1048 410's from the early 90's which I still have and they still sound great.
Value
I bought a blemished one from zzounds, which in the case of this amp I consider to be a spectacular value. I still have no idea where the actual blem is as it looked new and perfect upon arrival.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't needed Trace Elliot support since 1991, however in 1991 when my head blew up and was still under warranty the shipped me a new no questions asked.

"OK combo for the price and feature set, however, the sound quality is suspect."

I will replace this unit. I dragged my feet returning the unit and now I'm stuck with it.
Sound
Disappointed in the quality of the sound with the 15" woofer. I have experienced some distortion issues when played hard and at low volume as compared to the sound of the combo when using the direct out.
Features
The combo has a nice feature set with a small footprint. It's light enough to transport and easy to patch in to a PA. The foot pedal is a nice accessory.
Ease of Use
The manual illustrates good tone settings and the unit is fairly intuitive to adjust for tone.
Quality
I have to rate it at a six due to the quality of the sound. Overall, the fit and finish was acceptable.
Value
It was decently priced, however,I would reconsider purchasing a different unit for a little more money.
Manufacturer Support
I have not contacted customer support yet.
The Wow Factor
It's practical for a pick-up gig due to it's size and weight. Although the sound is suspect.

i keep my amps till they fall apart then i look for either the same amp if still made or something like it.
Sound
the amp looked great but mine had problems with it cutting out and a constant hum
Quality
i gave this a five because the is made great but the sound wasn't at very low volume it sounded good but i couldn't turn it up past 4 if it woorked it would have been perfect and it would have looked pro on stage.
Value
if the amp work good this was a great deal
Manufacturer Support
didn't deal wih the company returned the amp
The Wow Factor

Satisfaction was over right after I excedded the return policy deadline.I wanted so badly to return it to pay a bit more for a better combo amp.
Sound
I expected much more quality sound from this product "Trace Elliot" was once my ideal amps to own. Now I own it very dissapointed with the quality of sound not very clear, even at low volume.
Features
foot switch not very impressive
Ease of Use
tried the preset/preshaped Trace Elliot signiture sound (muddy). tried using 7 band eq for custom shapes still no clear quality sound.
Quality
nice sturdy cabinet and covering, the speaker box not insulated insulation would improve projection I think.
Value
the price is great for the brand, as I once known it to be.
Manufacturer Support
So far customer support have been responsive at trying to repair a nasty static while playing, this amp is useless to me at this point still dealing with customer support had an repair attempt once, short lived problem returned while praticing at a low volume.
The Wow Factor
The amp faceplate is cool.... lighted.
