A Taylor 714CE 2013 was purchased from zZounds. The site and staff was all very helpful and moved everything along very well. Kudos to them all, being able to purchase instruments with monthly payments allows many to obtain instruments we may not purchase directly, again thanks for that. The Taylor guitar was received very quickly and well packed with no damage. The guitar itself is very beautiful and sounds wonderful. However there was a problem with the neck setting which caused un-necessary fret buzz. I did call and was told about authorized Taylor shops 2 plus hours away and decided to take it to a renowned local lutheir who has worked in Taylor shops. The neck was reset with a different shim and now plays very well without the fret buzz. This did cost me $100+ to have done. No matter how any adjustment was made we could not get the fret buzz out without adjusting the neck.Aside from that everything went very smoothly with zZsounds. I am not sure how that one gout out of the Taylor factory.I remain undeterred by this and will keep using zZounds and considering Taylor products in the future.
Sound
The sound quality is excellent, given each guitar is unique. The guitar response to the touch very nicely, whether light/heavy finger style or strumming. Personal choice of strings are Cleartones .056 to .013 but will continue to explore.

Ease of Use
Very easy, you can tap on it and that sounds good.
Quality
High quality, only one issue is the neck needed resetting with a different shim due to unmanageable fret buzz. Once the neck was reset with a different shim fret buzz is now manageable by neck adjustments.
Value
I believe that relative to other instruments in similar price range it holds it value.
Manufacturer Support
Called once and they were helpful on providing information that I was looking for.
The Wow Factor
Quality, sound, playability, looks, company reputation.
