The Taylor 214e 2012 Grand Auditorium arrived at my door within 3 days of ordering. I had to admire the beautiful shape and high quality workmanship. The sound of the guitar is amazing! Played it in church the next day, leading our worship band. Plugged into a direct box to the sound board and it was effortless. Great balanced tone and projection. I own a ac/electric Martin, Ovation, & Epiphone Semi hollowbody. As a guitar lover, I'm excited to have added the Taylor to my collection and plan on using it as my primary guitar.

It would be hard to beat this guitar in this price range. I own a Martin D35 which is a great guitar however this much lower price Taylor holds its own with the D35. However when you plug this guitar in it TERRIBLE!!!!! The sounds like is out of phase very poor.
Musical Background:
Played at home 40 years
Musical Style:
Country /Folk finger picking
