It's cheap, light, and folds up a bit smaller than most pedals. The problem is that it makes a relatively high-pitched "clunk" sound on every hit. My old Pearl pedal, which was almost as cheap, is much quieter.

There is NOTHING wrong with this pedal. Why are you spending $200 bucks for a freakin' drum pedal??!! TAMA's a strong name too, so why wouldn't they back their product? I have two of them and last I checked it's your skills that're going to determine your kicks. You putting a kit together and getting nickeled and dimed for drum hardware? Yeah the 50 dollar TAMA is absolutely fine, grab it.
