Great product. Bought it for church and it works great. The sound quality is very good and you don't have to have the mixer gain set to maximum to get a good quality sound. The mic picks up the speakers voice quite well even it's not close to the mouth. Even though it's a little expensive, I highly recommend it for a church gathering and other purposes as well since the sound quality is so good. Make sure you have a extra cable for connecting the receiver to the mixer since it doesn't come with it.

I bought this for our men's group at church to aid those with hearing difficulties and I am very satisfied. The microphone is very clear. I like that you can tell on the portable unit if it is on or not, if the light is on it's on! Only criticism is that the owner's manual is very non-descriptive about how to trouble shoot problems, such as; if the receiver channel gets changed somehow, what process do you go through to re-sync them back. Other than that buy it!

I picked up this unit for wedding ceremonies. The first wedding I did it was extremely windy and outside and the unit worked flawless. It would be nice if it came with a carrying case to keep it in great condition. For now we continue to put it back in the box. I continue to buy shure products because they work great for me. I've had issues in the past with wireless microphones and Shure support always stepped up to fix it.

Very good quality microphone. I bought it for my Church and I am very happy with the sound quality. The mic volume does not need to be at the maximum and gain on the mixer is only slightly adjusted to get clear sound that can be heard by all in the Church. I highly recommend it even though its a little expensive.

I bought this unit for use at church and other events. So far I have no complaints. The range and clarity are what I've come to expect from Shure products. If you can't afford a "high dollar" setup you can't go wrong here.

The microphone will periodically just cutout no matter the distance from the receiver. This is especially an issue during a wedding ceremony. The sound is very tinny and does not sound natural and yet picks up any an all background noise. I get better sound from an old Radio Shack microphone.
